I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who has been working with couples, individuals, and families in my private practice for over thirty years. Much of my work has centered around helping clients heal from complex trauma and empowering survivors of narcissistic abuse using attachment-based psychodynamic therapy and EMDR.
In addition to my clinical work, I have always been passionate about supporting clinicians through education and coaching. Between 1991 through 1994, I served as a program supervisor for graduate marriage and family therapy and clinical art therapy interns at Loyola Marymount. I have also taken part in many live speaking events, including guest lecturing at both Loyola Marymount and Pepperdine Universities.
Because of my personal history of dealing with people who have personality disorders, I feel called to help individuals and ministries develop discernment and strategies for dealing with those who create obstacles to organizational success. In service of this goal, I have expanded my coaching outreach to include coaching church leaders and presenting at conferences for church members.
